Assistant Settings

Each workflow has a set of settings that define how the assistant behaves.

Name

The name of the assistant that will be used during the conversation.

Voice

The voice of the assistant. You can choose from a variety of voices and accents.

On-Request Call Transfers

If activated, the assistant can transfer the call to a human agent when asked to during the conversation.

Leo records and transcribes all calls for quality assurance and training purposes, unless the user opts out during the call.

There are three options for recording consent:

  1. Active: Request explicit two-party consent. If the user does not agree to the call being recorded and transcribed, the call will not be recorded or transcribed.
  2. Passive: Inform the caller that the call is subject to recording and transcription. The act of continuing the conversation shall be construed as implicit agreement to such recording and transcription.
  3. Disabled: Abstain from disclosing the recording and transcription of the call.

It's crucial you comply with the legal obligations of your country regarding call recording and consent. We recommend consulting with a legal professional to ensure compliance.
